The purpose of the workshop, is to deepen the Clarity of the great confusion these different words bring.

We use them interchangeably, due to the many emotions and mind definitions.

Confusing ourselves more.

Through the Clarity and deep feeling, we will be able to shift, change, transform and remembers what is actually true.
